মালদ্বীপ ভ্রমনের এই পর্বে আমরা প্রথম দিন অর্থাৎ দিন-১ এ কি কি করব তা বর্ণনা করব। ফ্ল্যাইটের টিকিট এখনো কেনা হয়নি। কিন্তু সব বুকিং দিয়ে দিয়েছি। বুকিং বলতে হোটেল এবং রিসোর্ট।
ভ্রমনের তারিখ ঠিক করেছি ২৬ জুলাই, শুক্রবার। আর শুক্রবার মালদ্বীপে সমস্ত ফেরি চলাচল বন্ধ থাকে। তাই আমরা মালে সিটিতেই থেকে যাব ২৬ তারিখ। আমরা মালে সিটির হুলহুমালে দ্বিপে থাকব ইনশাআল্লাহ। হুলহুমালে দ্বিপে আমরা লনুভেলী নামের একটা চার তারকামানের হোটেল বুকিং দিয়েছি যার ভাড়া পড়বে ১২৪ মার্কিন ডলার। এটা একটা ডিলাক্স সী ভিউ রুম। সাধারণত সি ভিউ রুমের ভাড়া একটু বেশি হয়। অন্য রুম নিলে অবশ্য ৭০/৮০ মার্কিন ডলারে হয়ে যেত।
হুলহুমালে তে আমরা পৌঁছাতে প্রায় বিকেল হয়ে যাবে যেহেতু আমরা ফ্ল্যাইটে লাঞ্চ করে নেব তাই আমরা বিকালে কিছু স্ন্যাকস খেয়ে নিলেই হবে। হোটেলে চেক ইন করে একটু রেস্ট নিয়ে আমরা বের হব মালে সিটি দেখতে। মালে সিটি দেখে রাতের ডিনার শেষ করে একেবারে রুমে ফিরব। আমরা প্রতি রাতে ডিনারের জন্য বাজেট রেখেছি ১৫০০ টাকা করে দুই জনের জন্য ৩০০০ টাকা। এখনো জানি না এই টাকায় খাওয়া হবে কিনা।
এরপর ২৭ তারিখ সকালে আমরা মাহফুসি দ্বিপে যাওয়ার পরিকল্পনা করেছি। যেহেতু আমাদের সাথে এই ট্যুরে কোনো বাচ্চা নেই তাই আমরা প্রাইভেট ফেরিতে না গিয়ে আমরা পাবলিক ফেরিতে যাওয়ার পরিকল্পনা করেছি। তাতে খরচ হবে জন প্রতি ৫/৬ মার্কিন ডলার। তবে এয়ারপোর্ট থেকে পাবলিক ফেরি ছাড়ে না। মালে সিটি থেকে পাবলিক ফেরি ছাড়ে।
আমরা যেহেতু আগের দিন মালে সিটিতে থাকব সেহেতু আমরা সরাসরি মালে সিটির ফেরি টার্মিনালে যাব লোকাল ফেরি ধরার জন্য। লোকাল ফেরিতে প্রায় ২/২.৩০ ঘন্টা লাগে আর প্রাইভেট ফেরিতে লাগে মাত্র ৩০ মিনিট আর ভাড়া পড়ে জন প্রতি ২৫/৩০ মার্কিন ডলার। লোকাল ফেরি দিনে দুইবার ছাড়ে সকাল ১০ টায় এবং বিকাল ৩ টায়। আমরা সকালেরটায় চলে যাব। যেহেতু মাহফুসি দ্বিপ, মালদ্বীপের সব থেকে জনপ্রিয় দ্বীপ তাই সেখানে ৩ রাত থাকার পরিকল্পনা আছে। মাহফুসি দ্বিপে গিয়ে কি কি করব কোথায় থাকব তা জনতে এখানে ক্লিক করুন।

In this episode of Maldives tour we will describe what to do on the first day i.e. Day-1. Flight tickets have not been purchased yet. But I have given all the bookings. Booking means hotels and resorts booking.
I fixed the date of travel on 26th July, Friday. But on Fridays, all ferry services of Maldives are closed. So we will stay in Male City on the 26th. We will stay in Hulhumal island in Male City Inshallah. In Hulhumal island we have booked a four star hotel called Lonuveli which will cost USD 124. It is a deluxe sea view room. Usually sea view rooms are slightly more expensive. If you take other category room, it would be 70/80 US dollars.
It will be late afternoon by the time we reach Hulhumale as we will have lunch on the flight so we will have some snacks in the afternoon. After checking in at the hotel and taking a little rest, we will go out to explore Male City. After seeing Male City, I will return to the room after dinner. We have budgeted BDT 1,500 for dinner per night and BDT 3,000 for two. I still don't know if I will eat with this money.
Then on 27th morning we planned to go to Maahfusi island. Since we don't have kids with us on this tour, we plan to take the public ferry rather than the private ferry. It will cost 5/6 USD per person. However, public ferries do not depart from the Male airport terminal. Public ferries depart from Male City terminal.
Since we will be in Hulhumale the previous day, we will go directly to the Male City Ferry Terminal to catch the local ferry. Local ferries take around 2/2.30 hours and private ferries take only 30 minutes and cost USD 25/30 per person. Local ferry departs twice a day at 10 am and 3 pm. We will leave in the morning.
